WellbeingROI puts a defensible number on what poor wellbeing could be costing your organisation, and a costed plan behind fixing it.
Three minutes. You answer as the leader, so there's no staff survey to run and no sign-up to see your number.
Most leaders haven't been told this yet: a written stress risk assessment is already a legal duty for UK employers with five or more staff.
The HSE has confirmed increased enforcement on psychosocial risk: stress, workload, burnout. And ISO 45003, the international standard for psychological health at work, is now what larger clients and tenders ask you about.
The Scan turns your own numbers into one figure a finance director can't wave away, then shows where it's coming from. Your weakest drivers become a costed 90-day plan.
Two minutes: why wellbeing became a board-level risk, and what the Scan measures.
Three minutes, company-level numbers only: headcount, average salary, absence, turnover, and how you'd honestly rate the eight drivers of wellbeing. No staff survey.
Your estimated annual cost of poor wellbeing, the eight-driver profile above scored against the HSE Management Standards, your sector benchmark, and your risk flag.
Your results emailed to you, or the paid Boardroom Report when you need the full case, sources and 90-day plan on paper for your leadership team.
A University of Oxford study of 46,336 UK workers found that people who took part in individual-level interventions, mindfulness training, resilience classes and wellbeing apps, appeared no better off than colleagues who didn't take part. The route the research points at is organisational: workload, management practice, job design.
That's what the Scan measures. Your eight drivers are scored against the HSE Management Standards, the framework a UK inspector would use, and the weakest of them are where the money concentrates. It's also why every figure here is either traced to a published source or labelled as modelled.
Fleming, Industrial Relations Journal (2024), University of Oxford. Reported as an association, not a cause.
Headcount, average salary, absence days and turnover rate. That's the whole input, alongside your own honest rating of the eight drivers. No staff survey, no HR system integration, no consultant in the building.
UK employers of any size, in any sector. HR and people leads, operations directors, finance directors, founders and chief executives.
Anyone wanting a staff survey, an app, or a wellbeing programme delivered on site. This measures the problem and puts a cost against it.
It doesn't need to. It takes the four figures you give it, applies published UK cost research to them, and shows the arithmetic on screen. The eight driver scores are your own judgement, scored against the HSE Management Standards. What comes out is a structured estimate with its workings visible, which is more than most organisations have ever had on this.
The Scan runs in your browser using what you type in. It collects nothing about any individual employee: the inputs are company-level only, and any logo you add stays on your device. If you ask for your results by email, we use that address as set out in our privacy notice.
It moves wellbeing out of the discussion column and into the cost column. The free Scan gives you a figure, a benchmark and a ranked profile, which for most organisations is the first time this has been costed rather than debated, and it names the driver you may want to consider fixing first, instead of leaving you to spread effort across eight.
The Boardroom Report turns that into the case itself: the full breakdown with every source shown, your position against the HSE Management Standards and ISO 45003, and a costed 90-day plan with a value on each fix, written so you can put it in front of the people who release budget and get a decision rather than a nod.
